ORDER DELIVERY:

–  Courier delivery in St. Petersburg is calculated individually.
Large and heavy (more than 5 kg) cargo is delivered to the entrance or other place where you can drive by car, without unloading and lifting to the floor.
The possibility of delivering goods requiring freight transport must be specified by the store managers. By default, such a service is not provided, regardless of the order amount.

Courier delivery or shipment to another region is guaranteed within two working days when ordering goods from our warehouse in St. Petersburg.

ORDER RECEIPT

You need to check the presentation, quantity and package according to the delivery note when receiving goods from the courier.
Complaints about the appearance and picking of the goods are not accepted after the purchase of the goods.

If you accept goods from a transport company please note that we can only replace damaged goods or deal with the shortage of certain components if you check the package in the presence of a transport company employee. You confirm the goods have been delivered to you completely and without external damage by signing for delivery.
